Qualifications:
Awarded to the dog accumulating the most points in the
AMATEUR STAKE at CKC licensed field trials. Based on the
field trial championship points system, 5 points are
awarded for 1st place, 3 points are awarded for 2nd
place, 2 points are awarded for 3rd place, and 1 point
is awarded for 4th place. CMs are counted in case of a
tie.

Miles Harrison Trophy

Qualifications: Awarded to the dog who has a CD
or better in Obedience. The winner will be the dog that
earns the most points in CKC field events in QUALIFYING
class. Based on the field trial championship points
system, 5 points are awarded for 1st place, 3 points are
awarded for 2nd place, 2 points are awarded for 3rd
place, and 1 point is awarded for 4th place. CM's are
counted in case of a tie. If in the case of a tie in
field trial points and CM's, the trophy will be awarded
jointly. Prior to
1998 the accumulated points were for LOC field events in
the QUALIFYING class.

Red Dawn Trophy

Phillips point system for dogs defeated in conformation
shows for Best Of Breed wins and up. Based on 1 point
per dog defeated, Best of Breed is number of entries in
breed less 1. For Group placings, the total entry for
all breeds that place higher than the Labrador is
subtracted from the total group entry, less 1. For Best
in Show, the number of entries in the show less 1.

the trophy year.

Odorico Trophy

History:

Qualifications: Awarded on
an Annual basis, but not necessarily every year, to the
member who, in the opinion of the Executive, has done
the most to further the aims and objectives of the Club.
The criteria for making this award shall emphasize the
contribution made to the operation of the club
activities rather than success in competition with
his/her dog. Members of the executive in the year the
award is made shall be automatically excluded from
consideration in that year.
